Season 2018/2019 Presentation Day

On behalf of the Management Committee of the Garforth Junior Football League may I offer, to you and your team, my congratulations on winning Under 17 Division 1.

You and your team are cordially invited to attend the League’s End of Season Presentation at The Pavilion, Elland Road, Leeds on Sunday 9th June 2019 where the League Trophies and Winners medals will be presented.

The Presentations will commence at approximately 16:00

Team managers will be invited onto the stage to introduce their players and time will be allowed for photographs to be taken but a 5-minute time limit will be imposed on all presentations. There will be space made available next to the stage to allow team and individual player pictures.

The doors to The Pavilion will NOT be open until 15:30 and therefore there is no need for anyone to arrive at the venue before that time.

There will be seating accommodation provided for approx. 30 people (this figure includes the players). The seating area allocated to your team will be marked on the chairs in The Pavilion and on arrival you will be directed to your allocated seating area. If you wish to bring more than 30 people there is ample standing areas around the bars to accommodate the additional people. Please note that your squad and 3 members of your coaching staff will be allowed entry to the Pavilion by way of ticket, all other attendees over the age of 16 will be charged £1 entry to the awards ceremony. Tickets for the squad and coaching staff will be sent to the manager of the team direct.

Will you kindly note that the responsibility for the conduct of all those representing your team, and for ensuring that no person Under the age of 18 attempts to purchase or consume any drink containing alcohol, rests with you and your Club. Any instructions given by any member of the Leeds Utd. staff must be followed implicitly.
